KEVIN M. CLYNE
Kevin Clyne , a partner in the firm, has successfully prosecuted the valuation of many different types of commercial property, including: office buildings; hotels/motels; resorts; regional shopping centers; anchor department stores; industrial and warehouse; golf courses; restaurants and retail.
Mr. Clyne has extensive experience involving specialized issues, including the valuation of contaminated property and unconstitutional garbage/solid waste assessments. He has handled these matters on every level from negotiation and compromise with the municipal authorities, to trial and through the appellate process.
A 1999 graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and a 1996 graduate, cum laude, of Loyola College (Baltimore), Mr. Clyne is a member of the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Committees of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association and the Bar Association of the City of New York. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
He also serves as a Board Member of the New York Condemnation Conference, has lectured on property tax matters at the Hofstra University School of Law, and is actively involved in advancing the cause of supported employment for those with disabilities on Long Island through his affiliation with Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD)(Bethpage, NY).
